Hi guys,
I am trying to set up IE 7.0 RC so that on Guest account the user can browse the internet but not downlaod any files or run active-x content (flash also if possible)
How do i go about doing so as I have no idea where to start?

Hello Longman,
You have to remember that IE 7.0 is still a Beta version of this program....
You will notice that many new options has been added, as for exemple the control of pop-ups, activeX, and Phising.
Generally the program alert you as soon as a new pop-up, activeX is coming, you have the possiblity to accept from the top of your windows screen or shorter to press "Ctrl" in the same time you click with your mouse... this should explain the way to use IE 7.0 .
Meanwhile, if the program don't run well, I suggest you reinstall all your IE 7.0 without any uninstall of the program which is impossible !!! DON'T TRY to expect a big problem, reinstall will repair all drivers of the program ......... :)))))
