In my neighborhood lately, there have been a lot of robberies with electronics stolen. I just wanted to know if there is any way I can make my computer impossible to use if stolen. Like set a bios password without the option of the jumper. I want to make sure it will not work for anyone else than me.

Several things come to mind. None of them legal.

Go into your BIOS and put a master password on your computer. No way in hell will someone break that password. If they can then they are a crypto genius.
