Comment:

At my work, we have Windows NT 4.0 and there is this Screesaver-like feature that displays a small floating Window that has "Press CRTL-ALT-DEL to logg onto Windows" Like again, its like a screensaver.

How could I enable that feature in Windows XP Home????

It's an NT4 feature, and not implemented in XP.
