This morning I can get no sound out of the machine. I also get the pop-up about "CTHELPER MFC Application has encountered an error and will close". I know this relates to Creative Technology and hence possibly my Sound Blaster card.

I can't find anything else wrong and don't knwo where to go from here ?? Has my sound card packed in, and if so how do I tell ?
