CTF loader hell

Comment:
I have been getting pop ups saying "CTF loaders has encountered a problem and needs to close", then I have the option of sending report to microsoft. I am now getting this like every 10 minutes. I did a "search" on my hard drive for a file with this name, with no results. How do I get rid of this irratation? Thanks in advance
Just one more thing. Did you know that one of the most useful tools ever devised for use on a computer is called Google. You should try it one day, you will be suprised what it will do.

Office power-point viewer 2003 could be the culprit. That is part of MS Office and uses some MS Office components.
