Specs: xp, 250
when I try to delete CryptTalkSetup.exe off my hdd , xp complains with ,"proccess is in use by another program", but taskmanager & securitytaskmanager do not show this in their proccesses, any help would be appreciated.
Do I have to edit something in reg edit ?
How do u remove it from the reg manually without using a reg cleaner ?

Or install the Microsoft Installer CleanUP Utility available here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

Process Explorer, now a Microsoft product, shows handles between files and processes.

When a file is locked, which is what Windows does all the time, you then can find out which process it is, then kill or stop it ...

Google: procexpl.exe

In the program, choose : Find \ Find handle or DLL

Then type (part of) the name of the file.

... or, boot to DOS, and delete the file.
