Everyting was working fine the other day, but now when i press ctrl alt del, nothing happends. and when i click run, and type taskmgr...i get an error message that says "taskmgr is being used by another program" any help? thanks

Have you tried a System Restore? Have you run virus/spyware scans? Have you tried to start up in Safemode to see if taskmanager will run there? Did you instal/uninstal anything new since it last worked?
I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
