CRTCIMService: msmsgs.exe

When i start up windows and when i use it, many times appears a message that says "CRTCIMService: msmsgs.exe - Error de aplicación" I uninstall and reinstall again windows and microsoft messenger but the problem continues. Can anybody help me?

You might want to look HERE: for a solution. Much of what I've read indicates you have a Hijacked browser. Lessons learnt the hard way are not easily forgotten.
