I recently bought a creative MuVo slim mp3 player. i installed all the stuff properly three times and when i connect the player to my computer via USB, it says "this component has malfunctioned, try reconnecting the item" i did this, and it said the same thing. I tried reinstalling it THREE TIMES and now im just starting to get PO'd. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...Thanks and happy holidays
