Comment:

Can anyone suggest a reasonable program that can create a DVD WITH ability to create chapters from an avi or mpeg file.

I have used Pinnacle Studio 9 , but sound and video is all out of sync at the end.

I don't require menus etc...but just the ability to mark my chapters at certain points..not at random.

Thanks in advance

The reason your sound and video is out of sync is that you didn't lock the sound track in pinnacle

Business as usual

Can't do chapters without menus in Pinnacle or nero, at least one menu will be forced on you.
