The emails are in a .PST file which can be copied to the new account that you set up so that you can access the emails.
Using the new account, open outlook, go to File, open, Outlook data file. Browse to the PST file located in the other users Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. It will be called outlook.pst

You must have access to an administrator account to do the copy.

jaatendi, you put your finger on the 'why'. "i had only one user on my computer, and then i set up two accounts. ". Imagine if that 2nd. account were for a complete stranger or someone (like wife?) that you didn't wanna share with. Separate accounts are just that SEPARATE.
