Specs: Windows XP Pro SP3, 2.6 GHz / 4GB
I have made a backup of my C drive using acronis true image home 2010 (Operating system and all installed softwares), Its volume is 4.05 GB (less than a DVD). Operating system=XP Pro SP3
Can I make a bootable DVD (like windows DVD) that I reboot the system and install it like an operating system (but with all softwares installed)?

No that isn't what you have.
You have a clone or drive image that can be used to copy back to the system it came from. It isn't an "Installation" disk. After looking at the link in response 1 I see you can easily create a bootable CD of acronis that you would use to restore your drive image but that isn't the same thing as installing an operating system including other third party programs.

OEM system builders regularly do what you want and include other proprietary software in their "Restore" disks and I have seen NLITE used to integrate servicepacks and other windows updates into a slipstreamed operating system installation disk created from an original Windows CD but I do not know what might be needed to incorporate other third party software into an integrated install disk.

As Richard59 explained, restoring from an image isn't the same as an installation. And you need to realize that the image is only good for the PC it was created on, it can't be used on other systems. And obviously the image will only be as current as the day it was created. If you have a problem 3 months from now & use this image to restore your system, you will lose any changes that where made during those 3 months.

Search in the google and you will find bootable CD's of updated XP (e.g XP Professional with all updates untill Jan. 2010). How they do that?
