crazy my computer problem

when i open up "my computer" i dubble click on any drive or folder in there but it opens up the search option. Im left clicking but it keeps on doing this! the only way i can open it up is to right click and go to the "open" option. The crazy thing is that this only happens in "my computer" eveywhere is fine.
