Crazy colors with WMV files

When playing back WMV files I see and hear the video but the picture is made up of a bunch of crazy colors....all other video types are fine. I have all the latest divx....codecs....windows media player...etc

Are the colors a bunch of silvers and fiery orange if so you might not have all of the file you need to view the movie properly. also try using a different media player other then Windows you can try Video Lan (VLC).
