Hey, My friend is experiencing some crashing problems. He says that, when he turns his PC on, the WindowsXP loading screen appears, but then, some blue stripes appear on the monitor, it enters in hibernation, the processor makes some sound, and the pc shuts down. He also says that, before it turns off, it asks if he wants to start in safe mode, but he can't change the options. So, he starts in normal mode and bam, it crashes. Does anyone know of this kind of problem? He's using WindowsXP Home Edition, and his processor is a Pentium 4 at 3.2 gigahertzs. Thanks in advance. ___sfº
