I am crashing when I try to use Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup and I restart automatically. So I cannot clean up unnecessary files. Any ideas?

I'm not sure why that is happening but CCleaner will do a better job than disk cleanup.

Right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Settings button (Startup and Recovery), uncheck Automatically Restart.
