CPU/PF problem

Specs: Windows XP, 2gb ram
Cant find my product in there list, cause my
computer is mostly custom, but i have a
problem, does my computer need serviced???
i have 2gb of ram, and a pentium 4 3ghts
processor, and my CPU hits 100% often, but
my ram usage never goes above about
900MB, whats wrong?

There is probably nothing wrong with your hardware.

Where are you seeing 100% CPU usage?

There isn't enough information here to conclude that there is a problem at all, let alone what it might be if there is one.

Download Process Explorer from Microsoft and install. This will give you much more information on processes that are running and determine what needs to shut down, uninstalled, or just removed from starting with windows.
After that, run Malwarebytes to be sure that your antivirus program is getting all of the nasties that might be running.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.
