CPU usage at 93%

My CPU usage is at 93% and Explorer.exe has gone from using using using 10 Meg to using 100 Meg. I am nothing open. Any ideas

Try doing a spyware and virus scan.

Download ad-aware, spybot and AVG, they're all free, and work really well
