Hello forum,

My average CPU usage in "idle" mode about 2-4%, but occasionlly it jumps to 100% for a few secounds, then retreats back to 2-4%.

Does anyone know what might be going on?

Certainly not something to loose sleep over, but check your processes list you should be able to identify which one(s) is momentarily snatching that "CPU differential".
