cpu running at 100% when playing zynga games

Specs: Windows XP, AMD atholn 3200

Everytime I play cityvill or sling and bingo my cpu starts to run at 100% and becomes very slow. I use cleanup, cc cclearner and have all updates. What do I do?

- Remove Flash Player
- Reboot computer
- Reinstall Flash Player

wht is ur pc specification ?? flash game for game online normally will take alot of memory and CPU ..
