Okay I made some videos in Adobe Premeire and Im trying to put them on a DVD using MY DVD by sonic, but that program doesn't read Premiere types of video files (PPJ) it will only read AVI, Quicktime, or MPEGS...does anyone know how I can QUICKLY (I really need this done) convert to one of those file formats????

The PPJ files are not video files, but the project files. You need to open the project and export the movie. If you go to the project menu (in Adobe Premiere) you can set your video settings to encode in MPEG4 (I think that's what you'll need) or Microsoft Video 1, then go to File, Export Timeline, Movie.
