Covers cd lost

OS: WIN XP HE SP1
CPU/Ram: 256 Intel 2

i have a CD with all my Covers and Labels on it.
But neither CD Drives will read it. This CD is vital. Have i lost everything on it? i have had the occasional "CD may be unusable etc" message a few times. if i could just copy all covers to another CD would do - but the drives won't read it!!!!!
any1 got a solution?

Hi, just recovered all my pictures that were on a disc that went the same way as yours.
I used a program called "BadCopy Pro v3.71

It scans the disc for all the files that are on it, I'm assuming that it's not a re-writer and you haven't erased the disk.

Not I had to run it in the "Digital Media Recovery" for some reason that was the only way I could get my 211 pictures back.
