Unless you want to buy a special printer that will print on cd disks, you can get rather inexpensive label maker software that will print color self sticking labels on your inkjet printer. Most computer and office supply stores carry it and the labels.

Two ways, you can buy a dedicted CD Printer which just connects like any other printer but prints directly to the CD. These tend to be expensive.
Or you can buy a CD Labeller. This is a small tool that comes with sticky labels that you stick on the CD. The tool enables you to get the label exactly central on the disk which is essential to avoid vibration as the disk spins. These are fairly cheap.
CD labelers normaly come with software that enables you to design and print your label on an ordianry Ink Jet printer. The label is printed an specaially made paper with cut-outs that fit the disk. The qulity of the output is dependant on the quality of you printer.
Most CD burning software also comes with CD labelling software bundedled as well. Ahead Nero has a particulary good one.

As I said, go to a computer or office supply store and you can buy the labeler and software... Or you can shop on line if that suits you better.. Amazon.com has them, or just do a Google search for CD labler and it will show many other sites to buy one from.
