Counterstrike - Mouse/Keyboard Problem

the mouse and/or keyboard lags when i use both at the same time.
i know a lot of people have this problem. Does anyone know what is causing this problem and how to fix it? does it have anything to do with the irq settings and how a lot of things are on the same irq?

128 meg rdram
Logitech mouse

I had a similar problem running in Direct3D kept getting movement lag...dunno why, I swaped to OpenGl (which by the way is faster) and bang problem solved I now get frame rates of about 55-60 under XP with my Duron 800 and geforce2MX

Update you Geforce2mx drivers, I had slowdown on Unreal and that fixed it.

I have problem same you
I have AMD atlhon 1700+ and geforce2MX
but cant use OpenGL and mouse lag
