first off, here are my system specs:

AMD Athlon XP 1600
512 DDR RAM
Xp pro
20 gig hard drive (windows installation)
180 gig hard drive (all my games)

So i reinstall xp on the 20 gig hard drive, not touching the 180 at all. So i do my business there and go and try to extract a rar file of a game. It starts up and it gives me the error that the rar is corrupt. So i d/l a whole nother (good english :) game and try that one; same error

error is crc the file is corrupt

please help

try downloading files that are not orrupt.this corruption doesnt have anything to do with your os,its the file itself, rars are inherently buggy.
