Corrupt Icons on desktop Help

Hi please help me, my icons became corrupt in my desktop, it show a white box behind the icon also in the quicklauch icons in the taskbar, then I installed tweakui, then run rebuild icons then it fix it, but after I restart again it becomes corrupt again fix it again after restart, back again. How can I fix this? Please Thanks.
I got this problem when I installed Iconpackager but I already uninstalled it because it's crap.

richluk, SWAG, sounds to me like you inadvertently downloaded a nasty as well as Iconpackager or maybe something else. In any event I'd look for a virus or a trojan. HTH. Ed in Texas.
