Hey,
I installed a sis monitor on my system and it started screaming at me that voltage's were too low for 2 settings. I have a radeon 8500 and a audigy sound card and ever since i bought em i cant run my system at fsb speeds of 133 (im running at 100 right now). Could this power warning be my power supply i have a 300 w
The power supply unit in a PC does not usually supply the monitor - that is taken directly from the main and bypasses the PSU at the connectors on the back of the case.
More likely the monitor needs to be calibrated/adjusted.
The refresh rates etc can be adjusted within Windows - right click Desktop - Properties - Settings - Advanced - Monitor.
Some stuff here about voltages:

Another possibility i sthat the core voltage for the processor needs to be changed - but approach that with caution.
Suggest you read the monitor manual and take professional advice before you change anything.
