Is it possible to copy a folder to another drive and not replace a folder with the same name on the target drive? I need two files on the target drive with the same name but different content.

Impossible. How would the Operating System know which one to access if it allowed two identical names?

You can place the folder into the original folder if that helps.
Anything that gives it a different path.
