I've just installed a new hard drive. How can copy the data from C: and make the new (much bigger and faster) drive the system drive?

I've got the E: drive installed, initialized, and formatted NTFS. I'd really like to just copy the entire C: drive rather than install xp, update it, and reinstall all my programs.
