Here's a very useful little Free Utility called TextGrabber which will do just that - it does work with XP
When you go to make your List - set the Folder View to List first....

You can use:
dir/s/b e:\music\*.mp3 > ALLmusic.txt
Which will give you the drive & path & the MP3 as well as the file name (usually artist - Title).
If you want to strip it down to just title, things get more complicated.

If you use Winamp 2.80, click "Misc Opts > Misc Opts > Generate HTML Playlist" (Ctrl+Alt+G)
Winamp 5.03a has similar option : "Misc > Misc > Generate HTML Playlist" (Ctrl+Alt+G)
I couldn't find this option in Winamp3 3.0D though.
Maybe other versions of Winamp have similar options too, but these are the only 3 that I keep. I only use Winamp 2.80 though 'cause IMO I think it's the stablest. The other 2 versions I keep 'cause they look pretty. :P
