Hi Guys! I am really puzzled here and hope someone can help.I have a boot floppy disk that works fine and I want to copy it to another floppy disk to give to a family member. It seems to copy fine but when I boot up with it(the copy) I get an error about pool data.It doesn't make sense to me cause the files look the same on both disk yet floppy #1 with boot up but not the copied one.
Whats wrong here? Thanks for an help.

How did you do the copy? Copy the files as in copy *.* Then if it is a boot disk then that wont work, it wont copy the boot sector.

To do a full copy got to a command prompt and type diskcopy a: a: and follow the prompts inserting each disk as required. You can append /v to the command which will verify the copy is correct.

You are welcome.

Just one thing though - change your signature on the log on screen for this site. You have inserted the last paragraph of you original post again.
