Copy directory from one location to another

Hi,

I need to write a batch file will copy the files
from one location to another. But i am
facing couple of problems.Source folder name
is keep on changing each time like
staticDynamic_6.0.2,staticDynamic_6.0.3
...like this

Source Directory --- C:\websphere\
deploy\EAR\staticDynamic_6.0.2

EAR folder contains staticDynamic_6.0.2
directory and 2 files config.xml and
auth.xml

i need to exclude the file config.xml and
auth.xml while copying the directory
staticDynamic_6.0.2 or staticDynamic_6.0.3

Destination Directory-- C:/Program Files/Web/

Please help us.
