Copy AOL 9 Email Old machine to new

The guy next door use AOL. He's just bought a new PC, and we need to find out how we can copy all the old AOL9 email from the Old machine to the New machine.
Can anyone help - AOL is a bit of a mystery to me..

Put the AOL 9 disk into the new computer and you will be offered a number of choices which will include a transfer of the account to a new computer and then sign on as an existing customer.
Your mail box will transfer, too, together with your address book.

Okay. Its the mail saved to the local hard disk that is the problem. I can see the saved on AOL mail......I tried to save it back to AOL but it wont let me.

I am not aware that AOL offers that service in 9. It was VERY difficult to do in previous versions but 9 does not contain the folder "Organise" - or it calls it by another name!!! It might be worth using their "Live help" and get any answers that way - then post back to let us know the result!!!

Summary: Yes you can do this. I would use Powerquest's "Drive Image 2002", it's easier to use than Ghost. Install the program, make the two floppies from the program. Then put in the new big drive as Primary "...
