Hi

The guy next door use AOL. He's just bought a new PC, and we need to find out how we can copy all the old AOL9 email from the Old machine to the New machine.

Can anyone help - AOL is a bit of a mystery to me..

Thanks,

Rob

Put the AOL 9 disk into the new computer and you will be offered a number of choices which will include a transfer of the account to a new computer and then sign on as an existing customer.

Your mail box will transfer, too, together with your address book.

I am not aware that AOL offers that service in 9. It was VERY difficult to do in previous versions but 9 does not contain the folder "Organise" - or it calls it by another name!!! It might be worth using their "Live help" and get any answers that way - then post back to let us know the result!!!
