My machine is running extemely slow. I know I have the cool web thing on it. I have tried everything to remove it. AVG, Spybot.... please help with the speeding up of my machine and getting this crap off here.

Thank you.... I have ran the CWShredder. It did not find anything and the HiJack This log I do not understand fully. Could I get more assistance please and my machine is running awfully slow.
