cool-search virus?

For the past week or so I have been dealing with the Cool-search popup which resets my homepage to http://www.coolsearch.biz/face1/index.html
and increases the amount of popup ads I receive. Im finally fed up and cant figure out how to delete this from my computer. Can anyone help me out?

Many of the adware programs should work. My preference is Adaware, (available from www.lavasoft.de), but there are many others available.

To remove ad-ware, use any of these programs:

Ad-Aware

Spybot Search & Destroy
