any help would be good thx flame

One: How are your fans setup exactly
Two: How warm is the temp in the room where you run your PC
Three: What type of Intel processor do you have. By that i mean, what core is it. (e.g. northwood, prescott)

Download "CPU Idle"..
Copy the link above and paste it in your browser. it will cool your CPU down by 10-15C within seconds!
I have an AMD 2.0GHZ XP and it runs very cool and stable because of it.(this won't address all of your heat issues, but it will help)

i have a pentium 4 processor 3e 800 mhz system bus 1 mb l2 cache
supporting hyper-threading technology thats all i know and i have to case fans on the right side sucking in and 2 on bk of case blowing out 2 cpu fan standard 1 and 1 standard graphics card can plus the power supply fans my rooms pritty warm
and the fans run off the power to cd drives etc not indervidal if u know what i mean

Ok mate time for a stint as little Susy home maker in your computer. Get a can of air and throughly blow out the insides. Pay close attention to the heat sink fins and the ram cards as this seems to be where your heating problem is. Take a q-tip and clean off the fan blades on all blowers. The dirt on the blades causes turbulance and reduces the efficiancey of the fan. Besides being extra weight for the fan motor to carry around. Clean the fan housing also.
Now remove and plug back in all PCI and ram cards. This simple wiping action will clean the contacts. Same for all cables. What happens is you get some minor corrosion on the contacts. Corrosion is resistance and resistance is heat.
Using cloth tape cover up any holes not being used. Cloth tape is not prone to static.
Make sure you shut down and turn off the power to the system using the PSU kill switch in the back. Let it cool to room temp. DO NOT turn the canned air upside down as the propellant is super cold and may crack a chip.
CAUTION>>> Static electric discharge can and will kill a system as sure as you took a hammer to the motherboard.
I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...

If you are still keeping tabs, the fans on the right side of your computer should be blowing air out, the fans on the back of your computer should be taking air in, and should always be in the coolest part of the room, where no sun can hit it.
That will cool down your PC, trust me. The fact that your room is pretty warm as you said, will not help the temp of your pc. Since everything is prob either metal or plastic, all that heat will build up on your pc, thus making it run hott.

Well you have stated how many fans you have, but just how big is your case? Does the case just fit the motherboard? Or is it oversized? I may only run a 1G processor, with 512mbs of SDRAM but I think it runs pretty cool for the length of time I have it on. I have a processor fan, a 4" case fan, and a (3)fan bay fan. I run a 160G hard drive, a 10G hard drive, a DVD rom and a CD-RW, a 4 port usb hub, router, DSL modem, speakers, a 64mb pci video card. Sound is onboard. Oh and a USB mouse and a ps/2 mouse also. Oh, and also a 350W power supply too.
But I do have an oversized case so all this stuffed in not all crammed in there together. It all needs room to breathe. I think everyone will agree with that. If you don't give the components room to breathe no matter how many fans you got, it's still gonna burn out sooner than later. My suggestion is get a bigger case and transfer it all into it.When at first you don't succeed...
