cookies not saving

a little while ago my cookies stopped saving. so i reset all the explorer settings and still have the problem. i log into a site. one click later i gotta log in again. how do i fix this?

are you using winpatrol? I use it to delete my cookies.

if i go to internet options>privacy and set it to the lowest one, problem solved. anything above that it wont keep cookies. no im not using winpatrol or any program like that.
