Converting opera sessions for use in firefox

Hi! I've posted this question in a couple of forums already with no response. Hopefully I will have a better experience here?

I've just decided to ditch Opera in favour of Firefox (so I can use Roboform). As I have quite an extensive collection of Opera sessions that I frequently refer to, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to covert Opera sessions for use in Firefox? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please help, as now my HD is full and I need to jettison unused software.

I've never used Opera. What exactly do you mean by "session?" Bookmarks?

I've used Opera quite a bit (versions 3 -> 9) and 'sessions' really doesn't ring a bell

We've heard that a million monkeys at a million keyboards could produce the complete works of Shakespeare; now, thanks to the Internet, we know that is not true

Thanks for the responses peeps! Sessions are where one saves a series of open tabs for reopening later, eg, I've got a session entitled, 'interior design' which contains a series of tabs with info from various websites about interior design.

If you click on 'file' from the top menu bar in Opera you will see 'sessions' in the drop down menu.

As for my full HD, I've got a lot of tidying up to do, which will free up a lot of space.
