converting NTFS to FAT32 in xp

Specs: Windows XP, 2 GB RAM, 3GHz processor, Intel Original Mother board of DG31PR
I have 4 partisions of one primary partision, IN extended partision there are 3 logical drivers. What happened i have converted all them as NTFS, But i could able to convert my Primary partision to FAT32 but i could not make it in any ways for the 3 logical drivers.

So can any body suggest me how can i do this

it is in XP.

You cannot convert an NTFS OS partition to FAT32.

Why would you want to go from NTFS to FAT32 anyway?

A third party utility like Partition Magic MAY be able to do it.
However, do back up your data just in case.

When everything else fails, read the instructions.
