I solve that convert raw to ntfs by these steps 1. Connect the hard disk slave and use a tool on other pc called hard disk regenerator 2.it fixed bad sectors on my hard disk 3. I put back hard disk in the laptop the defect one and use hiren boot cd 13.1 4. i boot using miniwindows xp and wait till menu show up and the hiren menu appeared 5.under hiren menu there is partition/boot/mbr follow the program called "partition wizard home edition" 6.when it will open it will show me that raw partition is ntfs so I choose the partition 7. Under partition option there is an option "check file system" and I choose it 8. it take couple time around 3/4 of hour and check three stages files,index,security and most important is "Usn journal" show me correct bitmap and that what make harddisk get that become "raw" 9. After that I reboot laptop and windows open so I tried to let windows make "check disk" and till now it works fine and fix the errors. 10 the 2 programs I used is hard disk regenerator and second is "minitool partition wizard home edition" wish that helpful for u all and wish can fix raw partition
