Convert SFW Files??

I came across a floppy with some old photo's that I had not looked at in some time. When I tried to open them I got an error message stating that the SFW files could not be opened. After some research I'm reading something to the affect that it may be an I.E.6 problem? Is there any program/software that I can simply put in the floppy and convert them to a usable extension? Thank you.

I tried OmniFormat and could not get it to work. In fact I lost some of my photo's in the process, I kept getting a system error message. After the attempts I was unable to open them as well. The ones I have, and am trying to convert, are on a floppy so I still have those. Anxious for more suggestion/help.

Problem solved. FotoWorks (Seattle Film Works) had the software to make the conversion, a really nice utility I might add. Thank you for the help/suggestions. This is a great forum.
