Reply: m3u files are playlist files, created when you create a playlist. There isn't a program out there to create music files out of thin air.

Reply: Yup, playlist files. I did a search on my machine and found 271 of 'em. All are 1 or 2KBs. (way smaller than any audio type) sorry

Reply: Hi mirna, To be more helpful, I can say that some player/burner software [MusicMatch is one] will have a button to 'burn from playlist' or 'create audio CD from playlist'.
