Hi mubeen

There are many softwares available in the net that can convert FAT32 to NTFS without harming your data. But instead of using any software windows has a inbuilt command that can do this for you...

the command is convert.
Search for convert in Help and support and you will get the correct syntax.

If the HDD is already formated as FAT32 & everything is working OK, why mess with it? What do you expect to gain?
