i 've internet connection 256kbps speed it is connected to 2 other pc through lan. so whenever some body starts downloading internet speed on my comp decreases drastically so is "there any method or tool"so can i control is other pc's and get max speed on my pc plzzzzzzzzzzz,,,, reply

With that set up there is not much you can do. Because you are limited to the speed to begin with then any one else tapping into it will split the speeed proportionately.

Instead of that configuration had you been behind a router and switch then your speeds would not drop as drastically as the router will intersperse the traffic.

set the other pcs nic to 10mbps while yours is set to 100mbps.
