Control Panel Window?

Hello All, I just had Win XP MCE reinstalled and now everythig seems to be working ok, but the way the Control Panel window and My Computer window etc... When I open the Control Panel I don't have the column on the left where it has "Switch to Catagory View" and Windows Update etc.. and when I open the My Computer window t doesn't have the column on the letf that list "System Task" and "View System Information" along with a couple more. Can anyone tell me how to set this back like it's supposed to be, or to where it'll show the info panel on the left side of these windows. Thanks in advance...
