Same in safe mode. And I get pop up window that says - Windows Security Alert Warning! Potential Spyware Operation! Your computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and Internet files. Run full scan now to prevent any unauthorized access to your files!...Click YES to download spyware remover. I change the value to 0 in the registry for the "NoControlPanel" and restarted. The control panel appeared. When I click on any of the icons I get the same message as above. "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Post this in the Virus and Spyware forum. Particulary mention the restrictions and the popup telling you about spyware. A really helpful guy called jabuck will come along and ask for your HJT log. You'll have that computer spick and span in no time. I POAST THRAD!!!!!!!!111!1!1!!
