My friend recieves this error when opening the Control Panel. I've never seen this before. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it?

An error occurred while windows was working with control panel file windows|system32|netsetup.clp.

This cpl is the wireless network setup wizard. There could be a corrupted registry entry or a driver interfering with the control panel applet, or the applet itself may have been overwritten by a software installation of, say, a wireless device. Renmae the file in the Sytem32 by adding an .old extension to the name and open the control panel again. this will isolate that specific cpl as the problem. You would then have to replace it with a fresh copy.
