Control initial folder expand in exploere

Specs: Windows XP
When I open windows Explorer (not IE), the
folder list in the folder pane (right click on
Start: Explore), instead of there being listed
just Drive C, ALL the folders in Drive C are
listed, and the Docs & Settings is expanded to
show all 1st level folders there. How can I turn this off so that all I see in the pane if Drive C along with the other drives, etc.?

cfabrams, when you look at the folder name, is there a '+' or '-' to it's left? Toggle it the other way with a leftclick and see if that does what you want. '+' means they're more files while '-' means they're all displayed.
