Continuous Blue Screen Error

Every now and then I'll get a blue screen, which usually happens after I exit a game or program, but doesnt happen all of the time. The error reporting service showed that the following file caused my computer to crash:
C:\DOCUMENTS and SETTINGS\[user]\LOCAL SETTINGS\TENP\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml
Every time my computer gets the blue screen, it's because of the file "sysdata.xml"
Anyone know what the problem is. If it's a virus, what's the name of it, because I want to remove ASAP if it is a virus.
