Is probably the remnants of a spyware program.
Download Spybot Here and run it deleting all the files marked in red that it finds. That should do the trick, if not you can go into the registry > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete any keys that reference wjview.exe. Reboot and the error shold no longer appear. The program associated with this key might not function, so be careful. You might have uninstalled some file sharing or other program and it left behind some droppings. Spybot should work, get it and use it often.
